Bizarre experience in this Nugantina place, honestly went there one time because of the reviews. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my hole life, female attendant on the bread side was as rude as it can get, I was trying to buy three pieces of bread for an event at work. I'm an international executive working for one of the embassies close to that area, she a brown color women with really super duper black hair ram into the dispatch desk right after I asked for three pieces of bread, at first the explanation was the flour shortage but I'm pretty sure that if I didn't move away from the desk she would have hit me, so, then very respectfully turn myself to the cashier and request any kind of explanation. The cashier said " don't worry, pay for these two breads, and then go again and ask for up to two more pieces of bread" which I would never understand. How comes every single person working in that shaft is so reluctant to serve clients. Even against all the wonderful reviews I can read about this really bad customer service place, my recommendation is stay the heck out of that place , the only satisfaction that I can have from visiting "La Nugantina Los Palos Grandes" is just the pleasure of being a multiply agent of how bad they treat customers, maybe nationals are really used to that aggressiveness level, but we're not from this country, therefore no one is supposed to disrespect us so badly. Really sorry Fellas, this place is the last I would recommend to anyone ... not even to my worst enemy.
